Naan FAQs
-
Q. Why is it best to warm naan bread before you use it?A.
Naan is best served warm as it releases the flavours, makes it soft and allows your favorite curry to be soaked up easily.
-
Q. What does "handshaped" mean?A.
This means that we hand finish each naan by pulling it into the teardrop shape. This gives you a crispy tail and a thicker area at the top. It also gives the product a more authentic restaurant style appearance

Q. How do you make naan breads?A.
Naan breads are made by mixing flour, water, yeast, sugar, spices and salt together. The dough is then rolled out and cut to a round shape. The bread is then prooved to allow the yeast to work. The bread is then shaped and the topping of either oil or garlic & coriander is applied to the bread and then baked through an oven.
