Detox Wraps

Ingredients
- 3 Mission Deli Multigrain Wraps
- 150g red cabbage, shredded
- 1 large carrot, coarsely grated
- A large handful of curly parsley, roughly chopped (about 6g)
- 1 Pink Lady or Cox apple, peeled, cored, quartered and sliced
- 1 celery stick, finely sliced
- 2 tbsps toasted pine nuts
- 1 tbsp each sunflower seeds and toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tbsps raisins (preferably green raisins)
FOR THE DRESSING
- 1 tsp grated root ginger
- 1 tbsp clear honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsps sunflower oil
Instructions
- Prepare all the ingredients apart from the dressing ones and mix them in a bowl.
- Put all the dressing ingredients into a small bowl. Season and whisk until slightly thickened.
- Pour over the salad and toss until evenly coated.
- Put in wraps and fold up tightly.
- Serve
Each wrap contains 448 calories, 8.9g protein, 22.5g fat, 6g fibre, 1.9 portions of fruit/veg
