Detox wrap

Detox Wrap (serves 3)
Rich in antioxidants, essential fats, and slow release energy, this will take the stress off your digestive system and fill you with good things!
Ingredients
- 3 Mission Multigrain Deli Wraps
- 150g red cabbage, shredded
- 1 large carrot, coarsely grated
- A large handful of curly parsley, roughly chopped (about 6g)
- 1 Pink Lady or Cox apple, peeled, cored, quartered and sliced
- 1 celery stick, finely sliced
- 2 tbsps toasted pine nuts
- 1 tbsp each sunflower seeds and toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tbsps raisins (preferably green raisins)
FOR THE DRESSING
- 1 tsp grated root ginger
- 1 tbsp clear honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsps sunflower oil
Instructions
- Prepare all the ingredients apart from the dressing ones and mix them in a bowl.
- Put all the dressing ingredients into a small bowl. Season and whisk until slightly thickened. Pour over the salad and toss until evenly coated.
- Put in wraps and fold up tightly.
