A key feature of our success has been the ability to understand our market place and organise our business to meet those market needs.

Since 2002 we have seen the market for speciality breads develop into three distinct categories: premium ranges; own label ranges; and value ranges. As a consequence we have matched our brand and product development to these market developments.

Today, in addition to our own label business, we have two main brand ranges of our own, each ideally suited in terms of product range, quality, service and price to the markets they are designed to serve.
