Layered Tikka Prawn Naan with Mango and Thick Yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 2 x  185g[6 ½ oz]Mission Garlic Naan
  • 140g[5 oz] tikka sauce
  • 250g[9oz] small prawns
  • 160g[5 ½ oz]large prawns
  • 1 tbsp coriander, chopped
  • 2 tbsp dried breadcrumbs
  • 1 large mango, peeled and sliced thinly [or 1 400g/14oz tin drained]
  • 4-5 tbsp natural thick yoghurt [optional]

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200c/400f/gas 6
  • Mix together the tikka sauce, breadcrumbs , small prawns and half the coriander
  • Divide between the 2 naan breads and top with the larger prawns
  • Warm through in the oven.
  • Top with the mango and serve with the yoghurt and remaining coriander
