Ingredients

  • 1 Mission ‘Wheat & White’ Deli Wrap
  • 3 large eggs
  • 10g unsalted butter, diced
  • 1 tbsp soured cream
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground
  • Black pepper
  • Few snipped chives
  • 2 pork sausages

Instructions

  • Delicious served as a breakfast roll, this is the perfect way to start the day. Heat some butter in a non-stick frying pan.
  • When sizzling, pour in the eggs and sprinkle over some chives.
  • Cut the pork sausages in half lengthwise and arrange them on top of the omelette. Carefully fold the bottom side of the Deli Wrap over the filling.
  • Then fold the two sides in and finish by rolling it all up until completely closed.
