Feta, Olive, Cherry Tomato and Bean Salad

Ingredients
- 1 x 185g[6 ½ oz] Mission Garlic Naan cut into 3cm[1 ¼ in] cubes
- 100g[3 ½ oz] feta cheese, cubed
- 125g[4 ½ oz]cherry tomatoes, halved
- 80g[3 oz] black olives, stoned and halved
- 80g[3 oz] green olives stoned and halved
- 1 410g[14oz] tin cannellini beans, drained
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp sherry vinegar
- 2 tsp sweet paprika
- 4 tbsp parsley, roughly chopped
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200c/400f/gas6
- Bake the naan until golden
- Mix the remaining ingredients together, adding the cubes of naan at the end. Season and serve dusted with a little paprika
