Ingredients
- 1 Wheat and White Mission Deli Wrap
- 2-3 tbsps caramelised onion hummus
- 1 medium carrot, peeled
- 1/4 punnet mustard and cress
Instructions
- Grate the washed peeled carrot, taking care not to grate your knuckles!
- Pile the hummus in the wrap.
- Sprinkle the grated carrot over the hummus. Snip the washed mustard and cress from the punnet and scatter over the carrot.
- Fold up your wrap.
